After following this course, students are expected to be able to understand and broaden their horizons regarding the process of drafting legislation by authorized and authorized bodies to make laws and regulations, both at the Central and Regional level and describe the various types of legislation produced by these bodies. Specifically, it will discuss the legislation process in the context of democratization in the regions. |
